FIRO \u2013 Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation \u2013 \u00e4r en teori som psykologen Will Schutz utvecklade i mitten av 1900-talet efter att ha unders\u00f6kt varf\u00f6r grupper med likv\u00e4rdigt utbildade personer fungerar olika effektivt. I presentation ges en introduktion med en beskrivning av de utmaningar och fr\u00e5gor som karakt\u00e4riserar teorins tre huvudsakliga faser; tillh\u00f6ra \u2013 rolls\u00f6kning \u2013 samh\u00f6righet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Susan Wheelans modell IMGD: Integrated Model of Group Development<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Forskaren Susan Wheelan har tagit fram en modell f\u00f6r gruppers utveckling som ligger n\u00e4ra FIRO, med fyra huvudsakliga faser.
