Forskaren Bret Bradley har visat att psykologisk trygghet inom gruppen p\u00e5verkar om konflikter och meningsskiljaktigheter p\u00e5verkar samarbetet negativt eller till och med positivt.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#2 Nonviolent communication<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En popul\u00e4r metod som kan anv\u00e4ndas i konflikthantering \u00e4r nonviolent communication (NVC). Inom NVC menar man att alla m\u00e4nniskor har samma grundl\u00e4ggande behov, och att konflikter kan uppst\u00e5 n\u00e4r dessa behov inte blir tillgodosedda. F\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa konflikter beh\u00f6ver vi s\u00e5ledes g\u00e5 tillbaka till v\u00e5ra behov, och l\u00e4ra oss att kommunicera dem, till oss sj\u00e4lva och till varandra.
