Bakom initiativet st\u00e5r Olof Werngren och Majken Overgaard, b\u00e5da med bakgrund i konstv\u00e4rlden och en insyn i den skeva stipendiedjungel som det g\u00e4ller att hitta r\u00e4tt i om en beh\u00f6ver finansiera sitt kulturprojekt.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tr\u00e4ffade Olof p\u00e5 ett stimmigt caf\u00e9 och fr\u00e5gade om initiativet. Eftersom bakgrundsmusik, espressomaskiner och annan eftermiddagslojhet kanske g\u00f6r intervjun lite sv\u00e5rlyssnad, har jag markerat olika nedslag i samtalet med (soundcloud-)kommentarer.
