Vad \u00e4r det egentligen i v\u00e5r vardag som g\u00f6r att m\u00e4nniskor idag \u00e4r alldeles f\u00f6r stressade och hur kan man f\u00e5 stopp p\u00e5 alla folksjukdomar som \u00e4r relaterade till just stressen?<\/p>\n<p>Jag s\u00f6kte p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet och hittade n\u00e5gra b\u00f6cker som jag tyckte verkade intressanta om just stress och t\u00e4nkte det kunde vara n\u00e5gra l\u00e4stips.
