Hur arbetar vi f\u00f6r att prioritera och h\u00e5lla fokus?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inre liv<\/strong> str\u00e4cker sig i tid fram till 6 februari. I <a href=\"http:\/\/samhallsentreprenor.glokala.net\/she2\/kursoversikt-2016-2017\/\" target=\"_blank\">kurs\u00f6versikten<\/a> har vi uppdaterat med de moment vi planerar n\u00e4rmsta tiden.<\/p>\n<h3>Organisering och fokus i vardagen\u00a0\u2013 Zen to Done<\/h3>\n<p>En f\u00f6rsta ing\u00e5ng i det nya \u00e5ret blir att fundera p\u00e5 hur v\u00e5r egen vardag ser ut, och om det finns saker vi vill pr\u00f6va p\u00e5 att f\u00f6ra in i v\u00e5rt dagliga s\u00e4tt att arbeta? F\u00f6r ungef\u00e4r ett \u00e5r sedan damp <a href=\"http:\/\/caminomagasin.se\/butik\/camino-magasin-38\" target=\"_blank\">ett nummer av Camino<\/a> ner i brevl\u00e5dan, med fokus p\u00e5 hur vi kan f\u00f6renkla vardagen \u2013 och f\u00e5 mer utrymme till att leva, till det vi vill g\u00f6ra. Den fria agenten med m\u00e5nga projekt i luften tycks vara den givna mottagaren. F\u00f6r samh\u00e4llsentrepren\u00f6rer kan det allts\u00e5 vara en bra matchning. So for those who want to implement the simplest system possible, here\u2019s the minimalist version of ZTD \u2014 a way to be productive without all the fuss.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s only four habits: collect, process, plan, and do. It also only uses two tools: a small notebook, and a pen.<\/p>\n<p>1. Collect: Carry a small notebook and write down any tasks, ideas, projects, or other information that pop into your head. Get it out of your head and onto paper, so you don\u2019t forget it.<\/p>\n<p>2. Process: make quick decisions on things in your inbox, do not put them off. Process your inboxes (email, physical, voicemail, notebook) at least once a day, and more frequently if needed.<\/p>\n<p>3. Plan: set MITs (Most Important Tasks) for each week, and each day. Do your MITs early in the day to get them out of the way and to ensure that they get done.<\/p>\n<p>4. Do: focus on one task at a time, without distractions. Eiminate all distractions, then just focus on your task for as long as possible. Don\u2019t let yourself get distracted from it. Don\u2019t try to multi-task.<\/p>\n<p>What the Minimal ZTD system leaves out<br \/>\nThis version leaves out six habits: keeping a system of simple lists, organizing everything, weekly reviews, simplifying your tasks and projects, setting routines for yourself, and finding your passion. While I think these six habits are valuable, they are not absolutely necessary for a minimalist system.<\/p>\n<p>The minimalist implementation<br \/>\nSo how do you implement this system, and what do you need?<br \/>\nFirst the tools: A small notebook and a pen. That\u2019s all.<\/p>\n<p>So here\u2019s how you implement the system:<\/p>\n<p>1. Use your notebook to write everything down as you think of it. This allows you to get things off your mind and not forget them.<\/p>\n<p>2. When you get to your desk or home, add those new tasks to your Master To-do List, which you can also keep in your notebook.<\/p>\n<p>3. At the beginning of each day, review your list, and write down 1-3 MITs that you\u2019d like to accomplish for the day. That\u2019s your whole planning system. You don\u2019t need any more than that.<\/p>\n<p>4. Get your MITs done as early as possible. When you do each task, clear away all distractions and focus on doing that one task only. Do not multi-task. When you\u2019re done, move on to the next MIT.<\/p>\n<p>5. If you complete your MITs, go to your Master List and see what\u2019s the next most important task on the list. Do it as in Step 4 above. Repeat as needed.<\/p>\n<p>You don\u2019t really need 10 different lists, and if you don\u2019t keep those different lists, you don\u2019t need a weekly review. I would still suggest you set a single goal for the year, and always focus on the next step needed to achieve that goal.<\/p>\n<p>Also optional: add any of the habits that are left out of this minimalist system later, if you think they would help.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hej, hoppas ni har haft fina helger!
