Om du t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 din roll i de sammanhang d\u00e4r du \u00e4r verksam, kan du placera in dig sj\u00e4lv i en eller flera av de h\u00e4r kategorierna?<\/p>\n<p>\u21d2 &#8221;Storytelling culture at KPMG&#8221; n\u00e4mns som ett positivt exempel d\u00e4r medarbetarnas motivation har \u00f6kat. Att arbeta med kulturen p\u00e5 en arbetsplats kan ses som ett &#8221;mjukt&#8221; s\u00e4tt att styra utvecklingen. Kan du j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med erfarenheter i projekt eller verksamheter du har arbetat i, har det funnits en kultur av att dela historier? Hur har du is\u00e5fall upplevt den kulturen?
